Your brand, a shared scope and verifiable acceptance. Commercial terms are agreed before the project.
Choose how to work together
White label presents a delivery under your identity. An integration adds voice to your product. Delivery for your clients delegates a specific technical scope. A new sector project starts with a need you know. Each option requires its own division of responsibilities.
Assign responsibilities
The partner may contribute the need, business information and customer relationship. Sama Voice works with the partner to define the agents, interfaces and connections. The agreement identifies who approves content, accepts delivery and handles requests after installation.
- Customer relationship and communication under the brand.
- Billing, usage charges and any commissions.
- Usage rights, deliverable ownership and authorised reuse.
- Access, confidentiality and data separation.
- Support, maintenance and change procedures.
Start with a bounded pilot
An initial pilot may handle a recurring enquiry and prepare a human handover. Its deliverable should identify the channel, approved information, connected tools, permitted actions and exclusions.
Acceptance verifies the agreed complete journey: conversation, action and confirmation in the destination tool. Additional languages, channels or actions can be agreed from that first result. A demonstration alone establishes no delivery date or service level.
Prepare the discussion
Bring a client profile, an example request and the offer you want to make. We can then define delivery, installation and operations. Reselling, referrals and distribution require agreed terms; mentioning them on this website does not create an agreement.
Your next step
A need. A scope to define.
The first discussion clarifies your enquiry, the tools to connect and the intended outcome before proposing a delivery.
