Context can follow the conversation. Dated trials demonstrate specific steps; each installation requires its own acceptance checks.
The situation to address
When WhatsApp, phone and email are separate, customers may need to repeat themselves. The goal is to connect relevant information only, respect access rights and give the team a clear next step.
Three historical observations
On 30 August 2026, a real Emma call retrieved relevant WhatsApp history. On 29 August 2026, an email workflow was documented: receipt, classification, draft, approval, sending and Gmail receipt. On 31 August 2026, a specific WhatsApp handoff was reconciled with its signed delivery receipt.
These observations come from separate trials in the MANIMINI environment. They do not measure a universal end-to-end journey, an installation available today or a quantified commercial outcome.
What this can inform
An installation can welcome an enquiry, retrieve authorised context, prepare a reply and hand the file to a person. Selected actions depend on your tools, data and approval rules.
Retrieving history during a call does not by itself establish new memory writing, future recall, a phone transfer or a booking. Those functions need separate qualification.
How to verify your journey
Prepare an example without sensitive information and define what should be retrieved and handed over. Receipt should be visible in the destination tool, rather than inferred from the agent’s message.
- The right person and customer file.
- Missing or conflicting information identified.
- Approval before an action that creates a commitment.
- Human handover and receipt of the next step.
Your next step
A need. A scope to define.
The first discussion clarifies your enquiry, the tools to connect and the intended outcome before proposing a delivery.
